Marketer by training, builder by instinct — here's how the pieces fit together.
I'm Michel Berberi. I studied marketing, fell into digital advertising, and never really stopped picking up new crafts along the way — spreadsheets, automation, a family leather business, and lately, yoga.
What ties it together is a way of working more than a job title: understand the goal, get close to the data, build something that keeps working after I step away. That's as true for a Google Ads account as it is for a Make.com automation or a decision-intelligence platform.
What I've Studied
A Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Lebanese American University — the foundation everything since has been built on.
A decade working in digital advertising — paid search and analytics at the core, with the tooling and automation that grew up around it.
Working History
The short version — the full history, roles and dates live on my LinkedIn.
Leading marketing for a B2B Workplace Decision Intelligence Platform that turns occupancy and utilization data into decisions enterprise leaders can trust, across five products.
Overseeing daily operations and internal workflows, leading the company's website and online presence, and building digital tools to organise product and client data.
Developing Google & Meta Ads strategies for clients — building and optimising campaigns and presenting performance dashboards that guide the next move. $1M+ managed across 60+ clients, paused during my years at Omnicom and picked back up since.
Led the performance team across paid search, paid social and programmatic — driving digital transformation, a structured L&D program, and the rollout of governance and process standards across teams.
Grew through the agency across four years — running SEA campaigns, leading a proprietary Intent-Based Planning product, and heading client teams in Beirut and Paris.
Where it started — managing customer relationships, turning physical receipts into a structured customer database, and shaping early marketing plans.
Where the marketing fundamentals — and the habit of measuring everything — took root.
